Project overview
Suzhou Bay Central Plaza is located between Youxiang Road and East Taihu Road in Suzhou City. It is an urban complex integrating business, office and commerce. With a total construction area of 500000 square meters, the project is composed of 5 single buildings and 8 towers, and has a variety of city level functional supporting facilities such as regional flagship business, 5A super class A office building, Hilton Doubletree and Hilton Garden Hotel, Suzhou Bay Shengjie Service Apartment, etc.
Design concept
According to different business forms, the project takes “vitality, quality, elegance and symbiosis” as its design goal, and “international style and Jiangnan charm” as its planning orientation. As a commercial mixed use, lighting emphasizes the unity of night vision and the richness of unified style.
According to the function and location distribution, the project consists of high-end commercial, financial office and hotel apartments.

Different projection lights are used in different areas to reflect the layered texture of the building. The style of the main building and the podium building is unified, showing rich details.
On the basis of outlining the vertical texture, appropriate lighting is used to show the atmospheric attitude of commercial buildings through internal penetration and large area of horizontal lighting.
